We Made It!

Hi everyone,
Sorry that I have not posted yet, but we have been having some technical difficulties. Our first full day in Beijing was very busy. We went to the Tianamen Square, the Silk factory, the Pearl Store, the Summer Palace, and an amazing acrobatics show. Right now, it is 4:30 a.m. Even though I am exhausted, it is hard to sleep because I am still getting used to the time change.

Here is the verse of the day.
Psalm 23:4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

The the famous Bird's Nest used in the 2008 Winter Olympics
The throne that the emperor in the Ming dynasty used to interview people.

My mom, grandma, and I taking a picture in the Forbidden City.

Have a great weekend,
Marie94

P.S. Tomorrow is the big day! Please keep us in your prayers.
